You're In The Right Place If...

💧

You're tired of 'managing' leaking every time you cough or jump.

⬇️

You feel heaviness, pressure, or bulge that makes you worried about prolapse

🦴

You're dealing with persistent back, hip, or pelvic pain that won't go away.

💪

You've been told your core is weak but don't know how to safely rebuild it.

🤰

You had a baby and have weakness, diastasis recti, or feeling disconnected

🚻

You can't go more than an hour without looking for a bathroom

It’s frustrating to feel like your body isn’t working right. We’re here to help you change that.

“I've tried everything. I do my Kegels. I saw a PT before. I've been to my doctor. Why isn't this getting better?”

We hear this every week. The honest answer: most treatments address the surface-level symptom — not the underlying movement dysfunction, postural habits, and whole-body patterns driving it. That's what we fix.

Why we're different

Most Pelvic Floor PT Stops at Symptom Management. We Don't.

Traditional physical therapy is built around short treatment cycles aimed at temporary symptom relief...then sending you home. That's not a solution. It's a disservice to you. We take a very different approach.

TRADITIONAL PT

  • Assessment: A quick intake form and symptom checklist
  • Treatment focus: Isolated exercises targeting the area that hurts
  • Root cause: Manage symptoms until they quiet down
  • Long-term plan: Discharge when symptoms improve, no transition plan
  • Outcome: Temporary relief — many clients return within months

OUR APPROACH

  • Assessment: A full-body evaluation: posture, alignment, movement patterns...
  • Treatment focus: Whole-body retraining — because your pelvic floor does not work in isolation
  • Root cause: Identify and correct the actual movement dysfunction causing the problem
  • Long-term plan: A clear 3-phase progression that ends with Pilates-based rehab
  • Outcome: Lasting strength, function, and confidence — without a revolving door

Our signature approach

Introducing the Root-Restore-Rebuild™ Method

A clear, 3-phase system designed to fix pelvic floor dysfunction at the source, and give you a body that stays strong, functional, and confident for years to come.

01

Uncover

Phase 1

RESULT

You finally understand what's causing the problem, and have a clear plan to fix it.

Find the real root cause. Manage what hurts.

We begin with a full-body assessment, not just where you feel symptoms. We evaluate your posture, alignment, breathing mechanics, core strategy, movement patterns, and pelvic floor function together. Because in most cases, the symptom site is not the source.

  • Full-body movement and postural assessment
  • Pelvic floor internal + external evaluation
  • Breathing and intra-abdominal pressure analysis
  • Clear explanation of your root cause

02

Restore

Phase 2

RESULT

Your body starts working the way it's supposed to, efficiently, without compensation.

Retrain the foundation. Restore how your body works.

This is where we do the deeper work. We retrain posture, alignment, core function, pelvic floor coordination, and whole-body movement — systematically, layer by layer. You're not just doing exercises. You are building a new movement foundation.

  • Posture and alignment correction
  • Core and pelvic floor coordination retraining
  • Hip, back, and lower extremity integration
  • Functional movement pattern rebuilding

03

Rebuild

Phase 3

RESULT

The results become permanent — and exercise becomes something your body thrives on.

Lock it in with Pilates-based rehab. Make it your new normal.

The final phase is what makes results last. Using Pilates-based rehabilitation, we reinforce everything you've rebuilt — progressively, systematically, and joyfully. This is not generic exercise.

  • Progressive Pilates-based rehab programming
  • Strength and endurance building
  • Return to sport, exercise, and daily activities
  • Long-term maintenance and self-sufficiency plan

Common questions

Questions We Hear Every Week

Honest answers — because you deserve to know exactly what to expect before you book.

How do I know if pelvic floor physical therapy is right for me?

If you are dealing with leaking, prolapse, pelvic pressure, pelvic pain, postpartum core weakness, diastasis recti, or back/hip issues that seem connected to your pelvic floor, pelvic floor PT is very likely appropriate. A pelvic floor therapist is uniquely trained to assess how your pelvic floor, core, posture, and movement patterns all interact. At your first visit, we’ll review your history, listen to your goals, and perform a thorough assessment so you know exactly what’s going on and what we recommend—no pressure to commit if it’s not the right fit.

Do you help with prolapse, leaking, or postpartum recovery?

Describe the item or answer the question so that site visitors who are interested get more information. You can emphasize this text with bullets, italics or bold, and add links.

What makes your clinic different from standard PT?

We are not a high-volume, general PT clinic that occasionally sees pelvic floor cases. Our focus is pelvic floor physical therapy and integrated Pilates rehab. Sessions are one-on-one, unhurried, and whole-body focused. Instead of just handing you a sheet of exercises, we uncover the root cause, retrain posture and movement patterns, and then use Pilates-based rehab to lock in those changes so your results last beyond your discharge date.

How long does it take to see results?

Many women notice meaningful shifts in awareness and symptom relief within the first few sessions, especially as we address breathing, alignment, and basic movement habits. Lasting change—especially for prolapse, long-standing leaking, or chronic pain—usually takes a series of visits over several weeks to months. We’ll outline a clear plan after your evaluation so you know what to expect and can make an informed decision.

Is this just for postpartum women?

No. While we work with many postpartum clients, we also see women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond who are dealing with pelvic floor dysfunction related to hormonal changes, surgeries, long-term movement patterns, or past pregnancies. If you have a pelvic floor and you’re noticing symptoms, you’re welcome here, that's includes men too. Men can benefit greatly from pelvic floor physical therapy too.

What is I've tried pelvic floor PT before and it didn't help?

We see many women who have already done a round of PT or followed an online program and are still frustrated. Often, what was missing was a truly integrated approach that looks beyond the pelvic floor itself: posture, breathing, ribcage, hips, strength, daily loading, and long-term reinforcement. Our 3-phase method is built specifically to fill those gaps and create lasting change—not just a temporary decrease in symptoms.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

Nope! In Colorado can see a physical therapist directly without a physician referral (direct access). Most of our clients come to us directly.
